Pauline Warui

Pauline Warui is a business thought leader in both Commercial and Customer Experience with over 25 years’ experience. She is the founder of East Africa Customer Care Centre Ltd, a leading company in training and execution of customer experience for businesses in Africa. She is the Chair of the Commonwealth Business Women-Africa, Kenyan Chapter and also serves as the Executive Continental Head of Trade for Africa.
She has been instrumental in shaping Gender and Business prosperity agendas in Kenya and Africa. She is also an award winning business expert in these areas. Previously she has worked for the leading Telecommunications, Oil and Insurance company’s. She has also worked with Paging Services, Capital Pagers, Kencell Telecommunications and Chevron Global at Senior and Executive levels. Her last employment post was Safaricom PLC as Director, Customer Management where she played a critical role in setting-up Safaricom’s contact centre; the biggest of its kind in East and Central Africa.
She is also a director at Kline Insurance Agency where she is in charge of the commercial portfolio and board member of Muruguru Girls Secondary School in Kenya. She is also a board member of Quatrix Group among others.
